Responsibilities
Lead product definition of intelligent power solutions for industrial applications, by clearly defining and validating the product value by interacting with end customers (OEMs, Tier1) and internal teams (system architecture team, application engineering, technology development, packaging team, program managers and product and test engineering team)
Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of industrial programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer requirements, and market trends
Coordinate and collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality power solutions
Serve as the primary point of contact for key industrial OEMs and distribution partners, managing relationships and driving customer satisfaction through regular updates, issue resolution, and proactive engagement
Oversee the development lifecycle of key industrial applications, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product strategy and innovation
Manage program budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibilities, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success
Present program status, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with company goals
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
BS or higher degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the power electronics industry, specifically on industrial HV applications or segments
Deep understanding of power systems, including SiC MOSFETs, Si IGBTs, and power modules
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to senior leadership and external customers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity
Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Preferred
MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus
Experience with industrial standards and HV application requirements is highly desirable
