Responsibilities
Develop and execute automated test scripts for various features and functionalities
Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and track software defects
Design and maintain test cases based on functional specifications
Contribute to the improvement of test automation frameworks
Perform regression testing to ensure system stability after each release
Analyze test results, identify issues, and communicate findings to the team
Assist in the creation of reports to track test results, issues, and software quality
Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality deliverables
Ensure compliance with industry standards best practices for test automation
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
Basic knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or TestNG
Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand and execute test plans and cases
Good understanding of Agile software development practices
Experience with bug-tracking tools (JIRA, etc.) is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience
Strong interest in software quality assurance and automated testing
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Ability to stand and sit for extended period of time
Ability to lift 10 lbs. weight
