Assist with creating and implementing wealth preservation strategies, business succession planning, and family-office planning
Have 7+ years of sophisticated income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning experience for high-net-worth individuals
Prior experience drafting estate planning documents, including wills, revocable trusts, and irrevocable trusts, such as intentionally defective grantor trusts, is required
Experience with probate, trust, and estate administration
Strong academic credentials with a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and an active member in good standing in the Florida bar
Degree in accounting, CPA license, or LL.M. in Tax strongly preferred
Excellent academic and employment credentials
Superior writing capabilities and a thorough legal research process
