Responsibilities
Build and develop specialized retrofit teams for each project cycle, collaborating with engineering, operations, and Central RME stakeholders to ensure timely resource allocation and technical readiness
Design and implement pre-installation training schedules for all retrofit personnel in partnership with Learning & Development, operations teams, and OEMs
Lead the physical installation and integration of new technology systems into existing fulfillment centers, coordinating with site operations to minimize business disruption while managing project timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple concurrent initiatives
Provide ongoing post-implementation support to ensure successful technology adoption, including standard work execution, KPI tracking, high-impact event management, and leadership support until legacy performance targets are achieved
Qualification
Required
7+ years of team management experience
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
