The Analyst or Senior Analyst in Strategy & Analytics will drive operational impact by delivering data-driven insights and innovation, partnering with operations leaders to enhance hospitality performance and guest experience.

Analyze and present insights related to pricing, labor, cost management, and guest experience
Build dashboards, heat maps, and custom reports to support decision-making
Collaborate with operators and partners to understand business needs
Recommend technology solutions to enhance operational performance
Apply AI tools and survey analytics to improve profitability and service

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field

Experience with a mixture of a tools including Tableau/PowerBI, Python, SQL, and R for data analysis and visualization
Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
