Responsibilities

Demonstrate showcase homes and present features and benefits to prospective buyers

Answer chats, phone calls, and web leads immediately

Review, discuss, and set clear buyer expectations regarding process timelines, pricing allowances, fees, permits, ACC restrictions, site costs/allowances, surveys, soils, design, and contractual obligations throughout the contract-to-close process

Maintain excellent scheduling, follow-up, communication, and documentation in all areas

Thoroughly interview, document, and qualify prospective buyers at the earliest possible stage

Perform any other duties and responsibilities as needed

Qualification

Commission-based sales experienceAdvanced selling skillsCommunication skillsBasic computer skillsPresentation skills

Required

Minimum 2 years of commission-based sales experience

Advanced selling skills and experience managing a multi-faceted sales process

Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills

Basic computer skills

Ability to work weekends and some holidays

Must have reliable transportation and maintain a valid Texas driver's license, a clean driving record, and insurability under the company's liability insurance policy
