The Project Control Analyst plays a central role in monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing energy generation performance across Greening US photovoltaic plants, ensuring accurate reporting and operational transparency to maximize plant output.

Responsibilities
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production data across multiple PV sites
Track performance against forecasts, budgets, and contractual commitments
Identify production deviations, underperformance, system faults, and trends
Provide detailed root-cause analyses and recommend corrective actions
Prepare performance reports for internal teams, asset managers, investors, and regulatory bodies
Maintain accurate records of energy production, operational events, and downtime
Support annual performance reviews and audit processes
Collaborate closely with O&M teams, field technicians, engineering, and asset management to ensure timely resolution of issues
Coordinate daily and weekly production updates and communicate operational priorities
Assist with production planning, energy forecasts, and performance simulations
Operate and maintain production monitoring systems and SCADA dashboards
Support the integration of new monitoring tools and analytics platforms
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems
Contribute to process optimization initiatives to increase plant availability and production efficiency
Analyze historical performance to improve forecasting models and operational strategies
Support performance benchmarking across the Greening US fleet
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, or related field
2+ years of experience in energy production, ideally within the solar or renewable energy sector and EPC projects
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Familiarity with PV plant components, SCADA/monitoring systems, and operational workflows
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Bilingual (Spanish)
Preferred
Experience in utility-scale solar plant operations or asset management
Knowledge of energy forecasting models and performance ratio analysis
Experience with CMMS platforms and ticketing systems
Understanding of U.S. regulatory requirements related to renewable energy production
