They are seeking a Program Manager to ensure interpreter services meet government standards and execute contract goals while managing a team of Operations Managers and Quality Control Managers.

Responsibilities

Program Oversight: Manage interpreter services, ensuring compliance with DOJ/EOIR standards, and execute policies to meet contractual adherence goals

Supervise and mentor Operations Managers, Quality Control Managers, and Interpreter Evaluators

Liaise with EOIR officials, address program needs, and implement client-requested adjustments

Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and resource allocation, focusing on high-demand languages

Collaborate on quality initiatives, monitor performance, and drive process improvements

Manage budget, expenses, and metrics, ensuring contract adherence and accurate invoicing
