Responsibilities
Collect, verify, and maintain client information required to open and service investment accounts
Monitor and support the ongoing management of client investment portfolios
Execute securities transactions accurately and in a timely and efficient manner
Process asset movement requests, including transfers between accounts
Prepare and generate customized client statements and reports
Maintain precise, well-organized records of all transactions and account activity within client accounts
Receive, document, and respond to direct client requests promptly and thoroughly
Understand and adhere to supervisory requirements while maintaining compliance with all applicable industry regulations
Collaborate closely with firm Partners to support client solutions and investment recommendations
Utilize proprietary and third-party software systems to manage and service client investment accounts
Perform miscellaneous operational and administrative duties as needed to support daily business functions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Comfort working with operational systems, data, and processes
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
1–3 years of experience in investment operations, financial services, or a related role preferred
