Catalyst Corporate Federal Credit Union is a wholesale cooperative financial institution that serves over 1,400 credit unions across the country. The Funds Transfer Representative will provide excellent member service related to wire transfers while ensuring compliance and reducing financial risk.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent member service to member credit unions as they review and complete outgoing domestic, international and western union transfers

Adhere to government compliance and reduce financial risk

Serve as a liaison between the credit union, JP Morgan and Western Union in order to escalate transactional inquiries and service issues until a resolution has been reached

Help implement new services and maintain security information database related to wire transfers

Required

1 – 2 years customer service experience

Basic computer and office skills

Job related course work after high school equivalent to 1 year of additional education

Preferred

Wire transfer and/or banking experience
