Responsibilities
Support full cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer support
Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a professional and timely experience
Assist with high-volume recruiting needs while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external client contacts
Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate documentation in applicant tracking systems
Support ad hoc recruiting and HR-related projects as business needs evolve
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
1–2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication skills and professional judgment
Preferred
