Sales & Business Development Executive

The Sales & Business Development Executive will manage client relationships and drive sales operations, focusing on lead generation and collaboration with internal teams to foster growth and innovation.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with agents, consultants and TPA’s to continuously drive lead generation
Collaboration with ECU’s Sales & Underwriting team at an individual group level and broad overview of clients and prospective clients
Consistent lead generation
Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to successful closure – to then renewal management in the subsequent years
Evaluation of new vendors and partners with whom to work
Collaboration on Marketing materials
Collaborate with all internal teams to continuously drive growth & innovation
Travel should be expected
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
3+ Years of Industry Experience and Knowledge on Medical Stop Loss
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong business development and relationship management skills
