Take ownership of your job site from start to finish
Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving
Work with a variety of materials including Shingles, soffit, fascia, woodworking and more!
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years experience in roofing & carpentry
Hands-on experience in light commercial and residential roofing or related field
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
High School Diploma with advanced training in construction or business management
Basic computer and smartphone skills
Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation
Good health and conditioning with the ability to endure long hours and handle high-stress situations
Preferred
Experience with Shingles, Metal, EPDM, PVC, TPO, & BUR
CRM/Project Management software
Carpentry
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
General good health/conditioning w/ the ability to endure long hours/handle high-stress situations
OSHA Certification
