Responsibilities

Craft visually stunning and strategically grounded designs for digital platforms, including websites, apps, and social media
Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team of UX designers, content strategists, and developers to deliver holistic and impactful digital experiences
Manage multiple projects concurrently, acting as the primary visual design lead and client liaison to ensure design objectives are achieved
Utilize a variety of design tools and software to create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and animations
Conduct visual research and analysis to inform design decisions, ensuring alignment with brand standards and current design trends
Develop and maintain visual design documentation (style guides, design templates, and brand guidelines) to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture

Required

BA/BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
7+ years of professional experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects
Expert proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Sketch, and Figma
A solid understanding of web and mobile design principles, including responsive design and accessibility standards
Experience with branding, typographic, and interactive design, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working alongside UX researchers, copywriters, and technical teams
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations

Preferred

Experience in designing for AR/VR environments or motion graphics
Previous experience in a digital agency or consulting environment
A passion for emerging technologies and design trends, with a continuous drive to incorporate these into your work
