Assisting the business in transitioning to a new e-commerce platform
Managing process documentation as needed
Qualification
Required
Expertise in applications and attention to detail
Ability to manage SKU's and catalog numbers of variant configurable parts
Experience managing 'Specials' requests
Ability to work with product offering to manage price increases
Assisting the business in transitioning to a new e-commerce platform
Managing process documentation as needed
Willingness to learn complex products and applications
Ability to work directly with customers to assist in choosing the correct products for given applications
Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Documentation, Marketing, Sales, and Production
Ability to identify and mitigate risks
Ability to monitor project performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Proficiency in AutoCad Lite
