Responsibilities
Lead planning, design, and delivery of water conveyance projects, focusing on large diameter pipelines
Oversee engineering design, permitting, and construction administration
Manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships to ensure successful delivery
Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and client agreements
Mentor junior engineers and project managers, fostering professional growth
Support business development by identifying opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies to achieve project milestones
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas
15+ years of experience managing water conveyance and utility infrastructure projects
Proven track record delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication skills for client presentations, technical reports, and team leadership
