Responsibilities
Lead and manage accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business objectives
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations
Manage and mentor accounting team to ensure high performance and professional development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
