Responsibilities
Perform a wide variety of manufacturing tasks, including filling and packaging equipment, assembly, refurbishment, and testing of electrical and mechanical components, ensuring compliance with quality standards
Provide support for filling, packaging equipment & instrument manufacturing, assisting in improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality
Collaborate to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Maintain comprehensive documentation of engineering activities, including process improvements and repair activities, to support operational transparency
Operate equipment repair and conditioning for medium-complexity product lines
Contribute in production data analyzis to identify trends and areas for improvement, preparing reports and presentations for management review
Perform sub-assembly and final assembly acceptance test operations
Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations of a complicated nature
Assist in training of Technicians
Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards. Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
3+ years of experience troubleshooting and/or assembling electromechanical equipment, ideally medical devices or instruments
Functional skills including critical thinking, adaptability, time management, communication, problem-solving and digital literacy
Practicing time management to allocate tasks, balance priorities, and meet deadlines efficiently
Drive for Results: Drive for Results while successfully removing barriers
Ability to cooperate with others at all levels including leadership
Written Communications - including the ability to communicate technical data in written form
Maintain composure by having the skill of staying calm, focused, and professional in high-pressure or stressful situations

Ability to remain in stationary position, often standing, for prolonged periods
Ability to wear PPE correctly most of the day
Ability to adjust or move objects up to 50 pounds in all directions
