Build and maintain customer relationships by offering prompt and transparent services to our Business Owners and Commercial Customers
Proactively review and renewal all lines of Commercial policies
Be able to provide prompt communication to our business owners to insure retention and a positive agency experience
Maintain the database of policy details, communication notes, documents/attachments, and billing receipts for each customer’s profile
Qualification
Required
Valid P&C License
1+ Years proven Commercial Accounts Manager experience
Positive personality
Coachable & open to constructive criticism for training and growth
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intrinsically driven to be successful
