Postdoctoral Fellow- St. Laurent Lab

Responsibilities
Investigate the fundamental mechanisms driving gynecologic cancer development, specifically focusing on the interplay between epigenetic and transcriptional regulatory processes
Provide training in liquid handling robotics and automation, epigenomics, utilizing clinical samples, ex vivo models, murine models, high throughput sequencing technologies and bioinformatic data analysis
Conduct research with a direct impact on improving patient outcomes
Collaborate with researchers at Harvard Medical School, MIT, and internationally to broaden research horizons and enhance future career prospects
Qualification
Required
Strong candidates will have a PhD and/or MD and have demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following:
Epigenomics: chromatin profiling, ATAC seq, scRNA seq
Ex vivo models: organoid generation, tissue engineering, microfluidics
Microscopy: high-content imaging, high-resolution microscopy techniques, imaging data analysis
Computational biology: bioinformatics, machine learning, data science
Immuno-oncology: cell culture models, fluorescence activated cell sorting
