Responsibilities

Assess impact of new and changing regulations and proactively communicate implications to stakeholders
Define requirements, scope, and deliverables for compliance projects and programs
Coordinate priorities, track updates to products, and maintain detailed project documentation
Oversee execution of multiple global compliance projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality results
Provide weekly and ad-hoc status reports to leadership and stakeholders
Lead process improvement and automation initiatives for Global Product Regulatory Compliance
Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
Develop and deliver training for compliance awareness across the organization
Ensure NPD process is updated to meet new requirements

Required

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, Project Management or related field
7+ years of professional experience in project management, preferably within product compliance or regulatory affairs
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple, complex projects/programs in a global environment
Advanced knowledge of global product compliance regulations and standards a plus
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Self-starter with high organizational skills and the ability to work independently
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira) and data analytics platforms
Comfortable presenting updates to senior leadership and driving change across teams
Willingness to travel, nationally and internationally
