They are seeking an experienced Loan Officer to originate significant monthly loan volumes and collaborate with decision-makers to structure and close loans quickly in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

Source, develop, and manage a pipeline of real estate investor loans across the United States

Originate bridge, DSCR, renovation and ground up construction financing for single-family, multifamily properties

Build and sustain relationships with brokers, developers, and borrowers

Analyze borrower projects and property financials to structure effective deals

Work closely with underwriting, processing, and funding to deliver a seamless lending experience to your clients

Represent us at investor events, local REI meetings, and industry trade shows/conferences
