Responsibilities
Data Management: Oversee the collection, entry, and analysis of data essential for claim submissions, reconciliations, and denials. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all processed data
Problem Resolution: Identify and address discrepancies in data. Communicate effectively with necessary parties to resolve issues quickly, maintaining workflow efficiency
Professional Communication: Maintain regular and professional interactions via phone with patients, insurance representatives, and healthcare providers, ensuring courteous and efficient communication
Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations leaders to ensure seamless data processing and accurate reporting, contributing to operational excellence
Growth Opportunity: Learn operational processes and gain knowledge of healthcare related technologies to grow with the company!
Qualification
Required
Associate degree (AA) required
Experience in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and vlookups
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective interactions with various stakeholders
Proven ability to efficiently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred in office management, business administration, or a related field
Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems is a plus
Familiarity with SQL a big bonus
