Start in 2026 WinterTesla is a company dedicated to recognizing and developing emerging talent. The Internship Recruiting Team is looking for an intern to assist in coordinating recruiting activities, maintaining candidate records, and improving the candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Coordinate ever-changing requests while maintaining efficient communication between candidates, recruiters, and all other stakeholders
Prioritize timely follow-up and follow-through, thoroughness in work product and attention to detail
Update candidate records in recruiting systems and confirming new hires – maintain data integrity to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting
Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience
Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Communications, Business, or a related field
Available for a minimum of 12+ weeks for the internship
Able to work full-time, 32+ hours per week
Self-starters who are results oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious and who take initiative and risks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates strong ability to embrace and adapt to change, takes initiative and showcases curiosity
Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment
Experience and proficiency in Microsoft office tools/programs (Excel, Word, etc.)
Preferred
Previous work experience or internships in related field is a plus
