Responsibilities
Operate and maintain HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems (CRAC/CRAH, chillers, UPS, PDUs, switchgear, generators)
Monitor facilities via BMS/DCIM; respond to alarms and performance deviations
Perform preventive/corrective maintenance and execute SOP/MOP/EOPs
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues; conduct root-cause analysis and implement fixes
Manage vendor/contractor work, service windows, and LOTO/safety permits
Maintain documentation, logs, compliance records, and reports
Qualification
Required
3+ years in data center or critical facilities operations
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, and controls/BMS
Experience with CMMS, test equipment, and maintenance best practices
Understanding of redundancy, capacity, and reliability (N/N+1/2N)
Safety-focused; knowledge of NFPA 70/70E and OSHA; able to work shifts/on-call
Preferred
Certifications a plus: EPA 608, CFC, OSHA 30, CDCDP/CDCEP
