They are seeking a Spa Reception Agent to foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation by managing spa reservations and providing excellent customer service to guests.

Responsibilities

Starting rate: $16.00 per hour
Spa Reception Agents host and foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation
Primary responsibilities include schedule treatments, guest registration, and processing forms of payments to include room charges, credit cards, and cash
As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for Spa reservations whether it is a deluxe spa package or an individual spa treatment
This position is also responsible for making product and treatment recommendations to Spa guests
This individual promotes wellness and serves as the final point of contact for an indigenous spa experience

Required

Ability to stand for a long period of time
Must have flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays
Moderate computer skills
