Sales Director
Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry. They are seeking a Sales Director to lead the full sales cycle for enterprise and global deals, develop a deep understanding of IAS's products, and work cross-functionally to deliver successful proposals.

Responsibilities
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, trials, RFPs, negotiations to close for enterprise and global deals within a defined account list
Consistently meet or exceed your new business revenue target
Develop a deep understanding of IAS’s products and competitive positioning, along with an informed view of how IAS can deliver performance and value across your set of accounts
Work cross-functionally with IAS’s solutions engineering, customer success, product, marketing and pricing teams to execute successful trials and RFPs, and deliver compelling proposals
Stay current on industry trends and competitive intel, and tailor your sales strategies accordingly
Deliver accurate sales forecasting in Salesforce
Qualification
Required
8+ years of ad tech sales experience in a 'hunter' role
Experience at a DSP, ad exchange, ad server, or media measurement company
Recognized as being one of the top sellers in your sales organization, and have a stellar reputation within the industry
Bias for action, and constantly driving interest in IAS and booking a high volume of meetings across your target accounts
Curious about your prospects and the industry at large, and take a problem-solving approach to selling in the value of IAS
Comprehensive working knowledge of ad tech and digital media, including programmatic, CTV, and the media measurement space
Team player and excel at collaborating with cross-functional partners in product, solutions engineering, marketing, customer success and pricing
Existing relationships with decision makers at major brands and agencies
Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients
Ability to travel 2-3 times per quarter depending on client needs
Proven track record of exceeding individual revenue expectations
