Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact for delegated entities
Manage monthly delegated rosters and provider data reconciliation
Maintain accurate provider and facility records in internal systems
Collect and track required documentation (W-9, Disclosure of Ownership, contracts)
Compile pre-delegation packets and support repapering of delegated entities
Conduct delegation audits and support monitoring and reporting activities
Prepare quarterly subcontractor and affiliate reports
Communicate requirements, timelines, and outcomes to delegated entities
Support credentialing committee activities and special projects as needed

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years professional/corporate experience
2+ years delegation, credentialing, or provider data experience
Strong Excel, reporting, communication, and organizational skills
