Lead and inspire a high-performing team of 20+ colleagues to deliver exceptional service and results

Drive growth initiatives and operational transformation within the West Zone Multinational practice

Enhance client experience by fostering strong relationships and delivering innovative solutions

Collaborate closely with the US/C Multinational leadership team to align strategy and execution across the Multinational client practice

Champion colleague development, ensuring continuous learning and career growth opportunities within the team

Required

10+ years of relevant experience in global programs, client management, and team leadership

Proven track record of leading successful teams in a multinational environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels

Preferred

Understanding of the tech, mobility, and sharing economy sectors is highly desirable
