They are seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist for Anti-Surge and Severe Service applications to support their Automation & Control Valve business unit. The Specialist will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to increase bookings, revenue, and profitability while serving as the authority on Anti-Surge and Severe Service applications.

Responsibilities

Main role is to expand our presence and bookings related to Anti-Surge and Severe Service applications

Works with the commercial operation teams to define application guidelines to offer the best technical and commercial solution

Works with product management and engineering to help develop or customize products that meet market requirements including requested certification

Works with sales to enlist on vendor’s list specific to the Anti-Surge and Severe Service applications. and develop capability to receive RFQs

Develop insights and recommendations related to market-level-prices

Develop insights and recommendations related to service requirements

Understand competition and how to differentiate our solution related to Anti-Surge and Severe Service applications

Develop training material to improve overall knowledge of various functions specific to the Anti-Surge and Severe Service applications

Qualification

Required

Deep product, service and solution expertise in the field of anti-surge valves and severe service applications acquired through education or experience

Minimum 10 years' experience in commercial operations, sales operations or related roles

Ability to interact globally and interface effectively across regions and functions

Excellent interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency with a customer-focused mindset

Ability to produce professional reports and presentations

Think outside of the box and be creative to provide solutions

Ability to travel globally up to 50%

Preferred
