TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
CFS is offering an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist in a fast-paced work environment. The role involves providing technical assistance and support on issues related to computer systems and software, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and documentation of incidents.
Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and support on issues related to computer systems, software, and regularly monitor the internal help desk system for pending tickets and update tickets with
Ask questions to determine nature of problem and help walk customer through problem-solving
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware
Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolves
Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur
Document all incidents and occurrences using clear, concise, and detailed notes
Qualification
Required

Proficient with Windows and Mac OS
