Sr. IT Technician
Beacon Specialized Living is a national behavioral health company providing residential-based services to individuals with various disabilities. They are seeking a Sr. IT Technician responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues while ensuring the stability and efficiency of IT systems.

Responsibilities
Always be compliant with all company and regulatory policies and procedures
Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Diagnose and resolve complex IT problems
Provide senior guidance and leadership to other team members
Perform system administration tasks, including network configuration and security updates
Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects
Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices
Assist with intake as needed
Field work/Site visits in support of the above as needed
Qualification
Required
3-5 years hands-on IT experience in a helpdesk or support role
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
