Case Management: Independently manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery

Court Representation: Appear and advocate in Colorado state and federal courts for hearings, trials, and other proceedings

Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on statutes, case law, and regulations relevant to business, commercial, real estate, employment, and school law

Client Communication: Maintain strong client relationships by providing timely updates, strategic advice, and clear communication

Negotiation & Settlement: Engage in negotiations and settlement discussions to resolve disputes efficiently

Collaboration: Work closely with partners and team members on complex cases while demonstrating the ability to handle assignments independently

Compliance & Ethics: Ensure adherence to professional and ethical standards in all aspects of legal practice
