Responsibilities
Work on groundbreaking projects that combine LLMs and classic ML/NLP
Take ownership of novel research synthesis tools, end-to-end — from prototyping to production
Collaborate with external clients and internal teams to prioritize and ship ML-powered features
Translate ambiguous research needs into testable ML solutions and measurable outcomes
Help shape our AI/ML roadmap and internal best practices
Qualification
Required
Have experience building LLM-powered systems (from prompt tuning to infrastructure)
Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and clients and love making ML accessible
Are hands-on: you enjoy owning projects from data collection to deployment
Are bias-to-action, organized and can deliver big initiatives with minimal guidance
Have shipped ML/NLP features in production that impacted real users
