Responsibilities
Administer payroll processes using ADP and Paycom systems
Ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll and HR documentation
Assist with HR projects and day-to-day operations
Support the Chief of People and HR staff in strategic initiatives
Provide high-touch customer service to employees and stakeholders
Promote teamwork and contribute to a strong company culture
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in employee records
Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
3-4 years of payroll and HR administration experience
Proficiency in payroll systems
Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trusted relationships; innovative and resourceful
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Team-oriented with a commitment to culture-building
Preferred
Construction industry experience preferred
Bachelor's degree highly preferred
