Assistant Account Executive, Account Services
Martin Retail Group is a local retail marketing specialist providing strategic solutions for global brands. They are seeking an Assistant Account Executive to coordinate advertising efforts and assist with communication and business management functions.
Advertising
Responsibilities
Serve as liaison between the regional field team and the Birmingham service center office
Gather and organize key data for regional team and clients
Open and assign project numbers to support all production needs
Assure that all necessary approvals and documentation are in place
Generate cost estimates for the various projects and assist with working them through the approval process
Manage budgets and billing for production jobs
Maintain strong client and team relationships
Qualification
Required
Bachelors in degree in marketing, advertising, management or related field
An internship and/or up to 1 year of experience in an advertising environment is ideal, but not required
Superior written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage workload
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
A self-starter who can work well independently as well as in a team-based setting
Preferred
General proficiency in math is preferred
