Responsibilities
Support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide the best-in-class service
Ensure loan applications are assessed accurately and timely in a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented and able to closely follow credit policy rules to ensure risk parameters are consistently followed
Gathering loan information
Selling our loan and protection products
Closing loans virtually and in person
Following up past due customer accounts
Cash controls including taking payments
Commit to your personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience to earn our customer’s trust and loyalty
Qualification
Required
Authorized to work in Canada
High-school diploma or the equivalent is an asset
Great communication skills
Preferred
You have at least 1 year of prior experience in loan underwriting, experience in a financial institution
Previous experience working with loan origination software
Post-secondary education in Finance or Business Administration
Maintain a positive supportive attitude, help to maintain a gratifying work atmosphere!
