Responsibilities
Lead QA activities, including the design and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases
Conduct both manual and automated testing across various platforms to identify and resolve issues
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and UX designers to ensure high-quality software delivery
Manage defect tracking and provide detailed reports on testing progress and metrics
Mentor junior QA staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes
Participate in Agile methodologies and contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of experience with automation tools such as Cypress, Selenium, and Postman
Proficiency in test management tools like JIRA and TestRail
Strong scripting skills in Java and JavaScript
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred
Experience with integration program testing and various testing methodologies
Familiarity with cloud platforms and GitHub Actions
Knowledge of UI and app automation skills
