Entry, Mid LevelRazorjack Recruiting is seeking a Product Engineer – Performance Textiles to help bring the next generation of racing gear to life. This role involves designing and developing products using CAD, prototyping, testing, and evaluating materials to ensure high performance and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities
Support product design using CAD, simulation, and hands-on testing
Build prototypes, analyze data, and drive continuous product improvements
Evaluate new textile materials for durability and high performance
Assist with certifications and safety standards (SFI, FIA, DOT, etc.)
Collaborate with manufacturing to transition products into production
Incorporate customer and real-world testing into future designs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related)
Experience with performance textiles & textile manufacturing
CAD design proficiency + prototyping and testing experience
Knowledge of mechanical principles, material selection, and test data analysis
Strong interest in motorsports (required)
Ability to work on-site in New Braunfels, TX, with up to 20% travel
Preferred
Familiarity with PLCs, SQL, Python, or JavaScript is a plus
Knowledge of safety standards (SFI, FIA, Snell, DOT) is a plus
Fluency in Spanish is a bonus
