Champion Windows & Home Exteriors is seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to create and manage local partnerships and grassroots marketing efforts aimed at lead generation. The role involves coordinating events, developing marketing programs, and engaging with potential customers to drive sales across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Working with the Sr. Marketing and Media Manager, Regional Managers, and Regional Sales Managers, this position will develop, manage, and coordinate all aspects of events and local engagement efforts for Great Day Improvements' family of brands across all markets with the end goal of driving lead generation

Develop programs and structure for local marketing that can be replicated across all locations, including training programs for existing local staff and new hires

Determine and set monthly, quarterly, and annual goals in partnership with the management team

Engage potential customers and schedule in-home consultations

Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods where we have recently completed home-improvement projects

Hire, train, and maintain a team of field marketers across multiple locations

Manage provided budgets to maximize ROI

Manage and approve payroll entries and updates

Evaluate data and results to identify areas of improvement

Conduct performance reviews with the field marketing team

Contribute content, social media, and company culture efforts

Support Corporate Marketing functions where necessary

Required

5+ years of supervisory experience in field and events marketing or outside sales

Demonstrated ability to create grassroots marketing programs and build to scale

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong organizational skills

Able to oversee budgets and develop reports

Ability to build and lead a team of field marketers

Ability to demonstrate products and engage with potential customers

Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours

Must hold a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to travel using personal vehicle

Ability to work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends

Must be willing to travel to various markets throughout the country to train, work events, etc. when needed

Preferred

Prior experience in construction industry and/or lead generation industries preferred
