Required

Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar membership
1–2+ years of litigation experience, ideally in employment law or wage and hour disputes
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting
Professional communication and teamwork skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in a plaintiff-side law firm environment (defense-to-plaintiff transitions welcome)

Preferred

Familiarity with California labor and employment law, PAGA claims, and class action litigation
Prior experience supporting discovery, depositions, and motion practice
Demonstrated passion for employee rights, workplace fairness, and complex civil litigation
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of projects
