Manager, Supply Chain Sourcing

The Manager, Supply Chain Sourcing will provide leadership and oversight for sourcing, contracting, and purchasing-related activities within Supply Chain Shared Services.

Responsibilities
Manages Contract Administrators and Procurement Specialists, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, performance evaluations, and corrective actions; ensures team readiness, coverage, and consistent workflow execution
Directs, plans, and prioritizes sourcing, purchasing, and contracting activities to ensure departmental goals, accuracy, service levels, turnaround times, and supply assurance requirements are met
Oversees staff evaluations of new products, services, equipment, and technologies, ensuring accuracy and completeness of assessments and preparing managerial recommendations for leadership review
