Responsibilities
Support the annual budget and rolling forecasts across departments
Build and maintain models to analyze business performance and strategic initiatives
Monitor and explain variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets
Collaborate with operations and service teams to understand business drivers
Prepare dashboards and financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2–4 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
Advanced Excel skills required
Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex data for non-financial audiences
Preferred
SQL and Power BI experience a strong plus
