Responsibilities
Process Analysis & Improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, pain points, and opportunities
Map and re-engineer business processes, applying automation and digital tools where appropriate
Build custom Power Apps applications to digitize manual processes
Create intuitive SharePoint-based solutions for collaboration and knowledge management
Develop Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable, real-time insights
Train and support users on new tools and workflows, driving adoption and continuous improvement
Maintain clear documentation of solutions, queries, and processes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to bridge technical solutions and business needs
Perform other related duties as required
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree
2+ years demonstrated programming experience
Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 ecosystem: SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred
1+ years of hands-on experience with EPICOR systems administration
Experience with writing, modifying and executing SQL Queries and Stored Procedures
