Account Executive / Business Development Rep. (OTE $100K)
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a skilled Account Executive / Business Development Rep. to drive growth by building strong relationships and delivering innovative air filtration solutions to industrial clients. The role involves new business development, account management, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
New Business Development: Identify and prospect new customers through research, networking, and outreach; deliver tailored air filtration solutions that address client needs
Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and end-users, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Territory Planning: Create and execute a strategic regional territory plan aimed at achieving 20%+ growth, leveraging data-driven insights and market trends
Sales Presentations: Conduct professional onsite and virtual sales calls, delivering persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers
Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track opportunities, schedule follow-ups, and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams-including operations, marketing, and technical support-to ensure seamless customer experience and successful project delivery
Value-Based Selling: Preserve profit margins by positioning solutions based on value and ROI rather than price, effectively handling objections and negotiations
Qualification
Required
3+ years of successful sales experience is required (new business development, customer success, or similar)
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven ability to develop sales strategies and distribution networks
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
