Sales Account Executive / Business Development Rep. (OTE $100K)
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Sales Account Executive / Business Development Representative to drive growth by building strong relationships and delivering innovative air filtration solutions to industrial clients. The role involves new business development, account management, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new customers through research, networking, and outreach; deliver tailored air filtration solutions that address client needs
Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and end-users, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Create and execute a strategic regional territory plan aimed at achieving 20%+ growth, leveraging data-driven insights and market trends
Conduct professional onsite and virtual sales calls, delivering persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers
Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track opportunities, schedule follow-ups, and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
Work closely with internal teams-including operations, marketing, and technical support-to ensure seamless customer experience and successful project delivery
Preserve profit margins by positioning solutions based on value and ROI rather than price, effectively handling objections and negotiations
Qualification
Required
3+ years of successful sales experience is required (new business development, customer success, or similar)
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven ability to develop sales strategies and distribution networks
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
