Responsibilities
Generate licenses for software installations and customer orders, including data entry in Salesforce
Pre-configure Arial systems for project managers, including setting up server PCs and registering all devices
Handle all Arial PC setup and updates for finished goods, encompassing network manager/coordinator setup and testing
Set up and test all Arial Paging devices
Qualification
Required
Experience with configuring and deploying computer systems, including software installation and network settings
Familiarity with Salesforce and data entry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
Ability to meet deadlines and maintain efficient workflows which require strong time management skills
Preferred
Working knowledge of Arial systems: Familiarity with the specific software, hardware, and configurations of Arial systems would be a plus
Scripting knowledge (VBScript, PowerShell): While not always required, the ability to write basic scripts can automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
Network administration experience: Understanding of networking concepts like IP addresses, firewalls, and network protocols would be beneficial for troubleshooting network connectivity issues
