Responsibilities

Reviews branch cash over and short daily

Tracks offages and reports front line operational staff disciplinary actions to Human Resources Officer when needed (due to drawer offages)

Processes tax levies

Processes and researches subpoenas

Monitors deceased customer accounts

Processes check forgery claims

Reviews branch ATM deposits for holds

Tracks and monitors teller non-cash errors

Reviews hold mail requests for proper documentation

Randomly selects branch teller and vault audits

Reviews address change verification journals

Prepares monthly Reg D Notices

Monitors ATM dual control

Reports on monthly IOLTA remittance

Responsible for file maintenance core report review and comparison

Responsible for B-Notice File Processing from IRS

Reviews branch cash limits to determine if limits are sufficient

Assists branches with new account, safe deposit box, POA, Estate and trust Inquiries

Assists branches with Integrated Teller and balancing inquiries

Creates newsletters monthly for branches

Writes and updates procedures when needed; and

Other duties as assigned by the Retail Operations Officer
