Manage accounting for 15+ entities across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
Prepare and analyze balance sheets and income statements
Validate invoice coding, reconcile bank accounts, and handle tax filings
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Qualification
Required
4+ years of property or real estate accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA or eligibility a plus)
Preferred
Experience with MRI, Yardi, RealPage, or similar ERP systems
