Event Staffing & Operations Coordinator
Career Group Events is seeking motivated and entrepreneurial Event Staffing & Operations Coordinators to join their dynamic and fast-paced event team for a 6-8 month contract. This role involves partnering with Event Managers to determine client needs, providing customized staffing solutions, and maintaining accurate information in databases.
Responsibilities
Partner with Event Managers to determine client needs and provide customized staffing solutions
Phone screen and interview talent both in-person and via Zoom
Ensure talent has a thorough understanding of the event team’s services and our expectations while they are representing us on an assignment
Coordinate, confirm, and send confirmation details and updates to talent
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our databases
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry and hiring trends
Work alongside industry experts to learn the ins and outs of the Event Recruiting world
Qualification
Required
Excellent communicator and problem-solver
Proven ability to identify, assess, and resolve client needs
Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and maintain unwavering poise under pressure
An entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment with unlimited growth opportunity
